儿童泌尿系感染大肠杆菌耐药性分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:分析目前儿童泌尿系感染致病菌大肠杆菌的耐药现状,指导临床治疗。方法:总结我院2003-03~2008-10住院的泌尿系感染患儿尿培养结果,根据药敏试验分析致病菌中大肠杆菌对抗生素的耐药情况。结果:本组226例患儿中,尿培养共分离出356株菌株,其中大肠杆菌菌株112株,占31.5%,大肠杆菌中超广谱β-内酰胺酶(ESBLs)的检出率达11.1%;药敏结果显示大肠杆菌对头孢唑啉、头孢曲松、头孢噻肟、阿莫西林耐药率已达40.5%~82.4%;对呋喃妥因及部分头孢类药物如头孢呋辛、头孢吡肟、头孢哌酮、头孢他定耐药性为29.0%-39.7%,抗生素在与β-内酰胺酶抑制剂联合应用后可使耐药率下降(P(0.01)。结论:大肠杆菌是儿童泌尿系感染的主要致病菌,且耐药现象较严重,应尽量根据细菌药敏结果指导用药。
