摘要
简要介绍了210tKR铁水预处理装置的主要设备及工艺流程,根据涟源钢铁厂的具体生产情况,分析了影响210tKR铁水预处理脱硫效果的主要因素如铁水温度、脱硫剂单耗、铁水初始硫含量、搅拌时间等,结果表明脱硫效果随着铁水温度的升高而增加,随着脱硫剂单耗、搅拌时间的增加而增加,但有一较佳值,随着铁水初始硫含量的增加而增加,但有一临界值.
The major equipment and process of hot metal pretreatment in 210 t KR, according to the production situation of Lianyuan Iron and Steel Works was described in the present paper. Analyzes the effects of hot metal temperature ,desulfurization agent unit consumption, the initial sulfur content in hot metal, stirring time on desulfurization efficiency of 210 t KR .The results show that the desulfurization efficiency increases with the hot metal temperature, and increases with the desulfurization agent unit consumption and srirring time. However there is a maxmum value, and with the initial sulfur increases the sulfurization efficiency increases, but there is a critical value.
