摘要
制氢装置净化系统中再生塔内产生的结垢物主要是以 Fe 的碳化物及 Fe 的氧化物形式存在.其形成机理是由净化系统中温度、压力、介质、设备材质等因素的共同作用下的产物。解决及预防结垢物的办法是尽量采用不锈钢(包括内衬或内喷不锈钢)代替碳钢,以减少系统的腐蚀,防止结垢物的生成。
The deposits formed on the regeneration tray of purge system of a hydrogen
production unit are present primarily in the form of carbonides and oxides of iron.
they are formed as the result of the joint action of temperature,pressure,liquid
medium,equipment materials etc.In order to remove the deposits and prevent its
formation it is essential to substitute stainless steel for carbon steel to reduce cor-
rosion of the purge system.
