摘要
针对城市快速发展背后隐藏的忽视生态安全和城市低密度扩张的问题,本文以提高城市竞争力为目标,提出在满足城市生态规模极限的前提下,通过提高城市土地资源生产率,实现城市的可持续发展。通过基于循环经济理论的城市土地循环流程的分析,提出提高城市建设用地使用和流转效率来提高城市土地资源生产率的思路和方法。最后实证分析了上海市案例。
For solving the problems of ignorance of the ecological safety and low density extension with the rapid urbanization, it was put forward that the urban sustainability can be realized through improving the land productivity under the ecological limitation, at the aim of improving the competition of city. With the analysis of urban land circular process under the theory of circular economy, the ways and thinking to improve the land productivity of cities are found, and countermeasures are put forward at while. An experimental case study of Shanghai is done at last.
