摘要
员工培训是企业人力资源管理的重要一环,对员工和企业双方均具有重要意义,培训的好坏关系到员工和企业的长远发展。通过对员工在培训过程中常出现问题的分析研究,构建了员工培训四分图模型,并针对模型中的不同部分提出不同的培训注意事项及培训方法。
Staff training is an important part of the human resource management and has great significance to employees and enterprises. The effeetion of the training is related to the long-term development of the enterprises and its employees. Here put for- ward an employee training Quarter map model after analyzing the problems which occur frequently in the process of the employees' training, then put forward some attentions and training methods according to the different parts of the model.
