This paper introduced the nursing experience of a case with type A H1N1 influenza complicated with disseminative mucormycosis infection.The nursing care focused on disinfection and protection,illness observation,medication care of amphotericin B,dietary care and psychological nursing.Scientific and proper symptoms treatment is the important guarantee for the cure of influenza A H1N1.Early diagnosis,timely treatment,close observation and careful nursing are the key points to improve survival rate.
