This paper summarizes the intraoperative care during correction of congenital double aortic arch in 12 children.All the children got through the operation successfully and returned to the intensive care unit safely.Careful preoperative preparation,proper body position and proficient nursing cooperation skill could shorten the duration of operation,reduce the mortality and ensure the successful rate of operation.
