摘要
目的调查国内护理学研究生评判性思维的现状,并探讨其影响因素。方法运用评判性思维测量表,对国内19所高校在读的246名全日制护理学研究生进行横断面调查。结果护理学研究生的评判性思维总分平均为(291.04±29.12)分(>280分表明有正性评判性思维能力);读研究生的态度、积极参加学校活动、实习中积极提问思考是护理学研究生评判性思维的影响因素。结论高等院校应进一步培养和强化护理学研究生评判性思维。
Objective To investigate the current status and influencing factors of critical thinking among nursing graduate students.Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted.A total of 246 nursing graduate students from 19 colleges or universities were recruited and investigated with Critical Thinking Disposition Inventory-Chinese Version(CTDI-CV).Results The average total score of CTDI-CV was 291.04±29.12,which showed a generally positive critical thinking tendency.The students' attitude towards master program,the extent of participation in university activities,asking and thinking actively in clinical practice were the influencing factors of critical thinking.Conclusion Critical thinking of nursing graduate students should be further developed and strengthened in colleges and universities.
