摘要
目的应用6Sigma管理模式对消毒供应中心手术器械进行管理。方法组建6Sigma项目团队,寻找评估改进空间,分析影响质量管理的因素,优化手术器械清洗、灭菌流程,制订控制方案,并自制满意度调查表,对服务对象应用6Sigma管理模式前、后进行分层调查。结果改进后手术室器械更换、遗失损耗、锐器伤发生率指标显著低于改进前(均P<0.05),物品包装合格率、无菌包合格率、护理工作满意度明显高于改进前(均P<0.01)。结论应用6Sigma管理模式能使手术器械清洗和灭菌更专业,医疗、护理更安全。
Objective To explore the methods and effects of the application of six-sigma approach to the integration of operating room and supply room management of surgical instruments.Methods A six-sigma program team was set up to assess the improving space,analyze the influencing factors of quality management,optimize the work flow of cleaning and sterilization of surgical instruments and formulate quality control regulations.Then,nurses' satisfaction and the quality index of surgical instruments were compared before and after the application of six-sigma approach.Results After the application of six-sigma approach,the frequency of change,loss or wear down of surgical instruments,and the incidence of sharp-injuries were significantly lower than before(P0.01 or P0.05).The qualified rates of instruments packaging and aseptic package,and nurses' satisfaction were significantly higher than before(P0.01).Conclusion The application of six-sigma approach can promote the specialization of cleaning and sterilization of surgical instruments and ensure medical safety.
