采用CTB工艺提高污泥热值的工程实例研究 被引量:4

摘要 :采用智能控制高温好氧生物发酵工艺(CTB工艺)对脱水城市污泥进行生物干化处理,使污泥的含水率从80%降到45%,并且干化后物料的热值比原污泥增加了2.7%~14.0%。若用于焚烧,可使系统的净能量由干化前的亏损状态提高到4500kJ/kg以上,污泥的挥发性固体含量与热值呈显著正相关。从能量平衡的角度考虑,采用生物干化工艺处理脱水污泥,提高了焚烧过程的净能量,解决了脱水污泥直接焚烧的能量亏损问题。 The control technology for biocomposting (CTB) was used for bio-drying treatment of dewatered sewage sludge to decrease water content from 80% to 45% , the calorific value of dried sam- ples is increased by 2.7% to 14.0% , and the net energy of combustion system is increased from a loss state to more than 4 500 kJ/kg. There is a significant positive correlation between the volatile solid con- tent and calorific value of sewage sludge. By considering the energy balance, the bio-drying process for treatment of dewatered sludge can improve the net energy of combustion system and solve the problem of energy loss from direct incineration of dewatered sludge.
