摘要
利用非电量测试方法对车载修井机在350 kN载荷下井架主要构件和支座进行了动态应力测试,并对起升系统的Ⅰ档、Ⅱ档条件下的动载荷系数进行了测定。测试结果表明:整机工作状态良好,受力基本对称,强度设计余量较大,可以保证在额定载荷400 kN的工作状态下正常工作。
The dynamic stress measurement for main components and support of derrick of truck-mounted workover rig under 350 kN load is made by use of non-electric testing method and the dynamic load parameters under I gear and II gear of lifting system is measured. The test results show that the whole machine is running smoothly. with basically symmetrical load and more designed strength margin which can ensure a good working condition under 400 kN of rated load.
