胜利油区蒸汽驱工艺技术现状及攻关方向 被引量:8

摘要 胜利油区稠油油藏主要采用蒸汽吞吐开发,蒸汽吞吐产量占热采产量的95.5%,但由于蒸汽吞吐采收率低,亟需研究蒸汽驱提高采收率技术。1992—2005年,胜利油区单56块、单2块、乐安草20块、乐安草南、孤东九区西等多个区块进行过蒸汽驱现场试验,由于油藏条件复杂和前期配套技术不完善,导致蒸汽驱技术在胜利油区没有形成规模。截至2008年底,胜利油区蒸汽驱先导试验中已形成了注汽、汽窜调剖、动态监测等配套工艺,基本满足了常规稠油油藏蒸汽驱现场需要。为了在胜利油区推广蒸汽驱技术,满足各种稠油油藏对蒸汽驱配套工艺的要求,在现有技术基础上,提出了分层监测、水平井监测、超稠油油藏汽窜调剖中存在的不足,并作为下步攻关方向。 The heavy oil reservoir of Shengli Oilfield is mainly recovered by means of steam stimulation, and steam stimulation accounts for 95. 5% of thermal recovery production. However,due to the low recovery of cyclic steam stimulation,new steam flooding technique is in great need of being developed. 1992-2005, the SJSD,CQAB,CQB,GO9,SJAG and other blocks in Shengli Oilfield conducted a pilot test of steam injection, however, the pilot is not very successful due to the complex reservoir conditions and lack of matching techniques. As of 2008,the Shengli Oilfield has developed techniques such as steam injection,channeling profiling,and dynamic monitoring for the conventional heavy oil reservoir with relatively successful performance. In order to implement the steam injection industrially to meet the requirement of heavy oil reservoir development,we,based on the current techniques,proposed further development techniques such as individual formation monitoring, horizontal well monitoring and channeling profiling for the super heavy oil reservoir.
