佛山市三水区事业单位职工健康体检结果分析

Analysis of the health examination of the enterprose employee in Shanshui district Foshan city

目的了解我区机关事业单位职工隐匿患病情况，为改善该人群的健康水平提供科学依据。方法对2009年于佛山市三水区人民医院体检中心进行健康体检的4266名机关事业单位职工的体检资料进行分析。结果体检异常检出率为90．2％，检出率居前5位的异常结果依次为鼻咽炎、高脂血症、尿检异常、脂肪肝、超重一肥胖，代谢综合征的检出率为28．01％。结论该人群的健康水平不高，需加强对该人群的卫生宣教，改变生活方式，必要时给予药物治疗。

Objective To study the health profiles of the enterprose employee in Shanshui district, and understand the latent illness situation among this people category, thus to provide scientific basis for the improve- ment of their health situation. Methods Analyzing the results of health examination of 4266 people from district government and public organizations, all the examinations were carried out in Sanshui People＇s hospital in 2009. Results The abnormal rate of the body check result was 90.2%. The first five abnormal were nasopharyngitis, high lipid blood, abnormal urine level, adiposis hepatica, abesity. The rate of metabolic syndrome was 28.01%. Conclusion The health situation among this group of people is below the normal level. It is necessary to publicize medical knowledge and improve hygienic education to them, have them adjust their improper life styles, and ad- minister medical treatment at need.
