高中生对护理专业的报考意向及其影响因素的调查分析

Investigation on senior high school students ’ intention to study nursing and the contributing factors

目的了解目前在校高中生对护理专业的报考意向及其影响因素。方法采取方便取样法对北京市及山西省的3所重点高中的253名高中二年级学生进行问卷调查。结果 253名学生中,有护理专业报考意向者40名（15.8%）;在关于影响其报考护理专业的促进因素与阻碍因素中,分别以＂收入稳定＂＂就业形势好＂＂护理发展前景好＂与＂不了解护理＂＂不喜欢护理专业＂＂不能发挥自身的潜力＂的得分较高;多因素logistic回归分析显示,＂护理专业适合自己＂＂不喜欢护理专业＂＂护理专业的社会地位低＂为影响报考意向的独立预测因子。结论应进一步加强护理专业自身的完善与发展,不断宣传护理专业的社会意义,以吸引更多高中生报考护理专业。

Objective To investigate the senior high school students＇ intention to study nursing and analyze its potential influencing factors.Methods A convenient sample of 253 students from 3 senior high schools in Beijing and Shanxi province was surveyed.Results Of 253 students,40 students（15.8%） had the intention to study nursing.As to advantaged factors,the three factors with higher scores were stable income,good employment situation,and good developing prospect.As to disadvantaged factors,the three factors with higher scores were unknowing about nursing,disliking nursing specialty,and unable to arouse one＇s potential.By logistic regression analysis,fitting oneself,disliking nursing specialty,and poor society situation were independent predictors for the students＇ choice.Conclusions To attract more students to study nursing,more attention should be paid to developing nursing profession better constantly and improving society situation of nursing.
