摘要
目的通过对北京市护理人力资源构成现状和需求的调查研究,掌握未来"十二五"期间北京市护理卫生人才的需求状况,为高校护理人才培养规模的确定提供参考依据。方法对北京市2所三级甲等医院、2所二级医院、2所社区卫生服务中心和2所乡镇卫生院进行护理人力资源现况和需求的调查。结果各级各类医院护理人力资源结构存在着差异,北京市护理人才培养存在着需求大于供应的现状,人才培养层次偏低。结论需要进一步扩大招生规模,适度增加本专科护理专业学生的培养,逐步减少中专生的培养规模。
Objective To survey the situation of nursing staff in Beijing and forecast the demanding of nursing manpower during the coming 12th five-year period,in order to provide a reference for college nursing education.Methods A questionnaire survey about the situation and demand of nursing manpower was conducted in the nurses from 8 hospitals in Beijing.Results The structures of nursing manpower were different in the different level hospitals.Demand exceeded supply for nursing profession in Beijing,co-existing with the low level of education as a whole in the vocational training.Conclusion It is necessary to further expand the enrollment,increase the cultivation above college level moderately,and gradually reduce the scale of training in the technical schools.
