摘要
勤工助学是高校资助体系的重要组成部分,不仅可以有效缓解大学生的经济困难,而且有利于提升大学生就业能力。本文在界定勤工助学与大学生就业能力内涵的基础上,探索勤工助学与大学生就业能力之间的内在联系,并以勤工助学为载体,提出促进大学生就业能力提升的具体策略。
College Work-Study Program is an important part of fi nancial aid system,with which students can not only effectively reduce the economic difficulties,but also enhance the employability.Based on the definition of employability,the intrinsic link between the two is explored and the strategy of improving the employability is put forward.
