摘要
合成了三种分别以聚苯乙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚芳砜为载体的高分子载体 FeCl_3催化剂。研究了它们对环氧化合物和羧酸的加成酯化反应的催化活性。并在研究活性基础上,以聚苯乙烯 FeCl_3为催化剂合成了一系列羧酸β-羟基酯,收率为60—92%。
Polystyrene,polyvinyl chloride and polysulfone beads are reacted with anhydrous ferric chloride in CH_2Cl_2 to form a complex containing 6.98—15.9% Fecorresponding to 1.25—2.85x 10^(-3)mol FeCl_3/g complex.The polymer catalysts arefound to be of high activity for addition-esterification reaction between carboxylicacids and epoxides.The yields are 60—92% in the presence of polystyrene-FeCl_3.
