生产特区建设是企业现代化管理的示范性区域,是上海汽车工业(集团)总公司引导企业抓管理、质量、效益,全面提高企业素质的创举之一。本文总结了经过10年持之以恒的建设,企业在物流改进、全员参与、库存降低、管理水平等方面取得的经验。
The special production zone is the model for popularizing modern management in SAIC. It is one of the creations to guide the enterprises to improve their management, productivity, profitability and their overall quality. After constant construction for ten years in succession, along with the popularization of new concepts, enterprises are progressing in the aspects of material flow, employee involvement, stock minimization and production management.
