摘要
根据道路交通事故处理的实际需要，提出了智能型道路交通事故处理系统的总体设计要求；论述了该系统的基本组成及其功能；分析了该系统应用中须解决的一些问题。
This paper,in order to meet the needs of transaction of road traffic accident,puts forward the requirements for general design of intelligent system of transaction of road traffic accident. It also explains its basic components and functions and analyses some problems which have to be solved in application.It is hoped that it can be useful in application.
