柴油机扭振参数的模糊诊断和灰色诊断比较

Comparing Between Fuzzy and Grey Diagnosing with Torsion Vibration of Diesel Engine Shaft

分别采用模糊诊断方法和灰色诊断方法，利用柴油机轴系扭振参数对单缸熄火故障状态进行了诊断。对实测的故障结果进行分析得出诊断基准模，用扭振理论的仿真计算结果作为诊断待检模来进行诊断，均取得了较好的效果。说明能用多种方法利用轴系扭振参数对柴油机故障进行有效诊断。对这两种诊断方法的结果进行比较分析表明，模糊诊断方法效果更好些。

Fuzzy diagnosis method and grey diagnosis method are separately used through torsion vibration parameters of diesel engine one cylinder off firing.Standard fault modules are obtained by analyzing the experiment results of diesel faults.Diagnosis results of this two methods are effective on using the parameter of computer program of calcuation on diesel torsion vibration theory.The results shows that many methods can be used with torsion vibration parameters.But the fuzzy diagnosing method is better than the grey diagnosing method.
