我国证券投资基金大发展的激励因素与制约因素的分析

An Analysis of Contradiction in Reference to Encouraging Element and Restricting Element of Energetically Developing Securities Investment Funds of Our Country

我国证券投资基金大发展的激励因素与制约因素构成了一对现实的矛盾。笔者在对这对矛盾的两个方面作出分析的基础上，认为这对矛盾的克服不仅是可能的，也是乐观的。

Encouraging element and restricting element of energetically developing securities investment funds of our country have formed a realistic contradiction. The paper analyses the two respects of the contradiction, and reaches a condusion that the contradiction will be overcome.
