摘要
利用三维软件对数控铣床进行三维建模,利用有限元方法对其主要支承部件——立柱进行动态特性分析,比较立柱中不同肋板布置方案对动态特性的影响,提出结构优化方案。
The models of NC milling machine was established by using 3D design software Pro/engineer.The dynamic characteristic analysis on its main supporting component – column was carried out by using the finite element analysis method.The influence on the dynamic characteristics by different rib configuration plan was compared,proposing the structure optimum proposal.
