关于医患沟通课程教学存在的问题及对策 被引量:18

摘要 目前我国高等医学院校普遍开设了医患沟通课程,但在开设的过程中,存在着教学内容随意,不科学、不严谨,实践教学难以开展,实践流于形式等问题,导致教学的实效性差。根本原因是对医患沟通课程教学各环节的研究不够,课程建设不规范,因此应加大对医患沟通课程内容体系和教学方式方法的研究,提高课程教学内容的科学性和实践的可操作性,实现教学目标。 Many high medical colleges and universities in China now have established the doctor-patient communication course, but coupled with many problems such as casual- planned teachings, lack of preciseness and practice, absence of substantial results and so on. The author attributes those problems to a nonstandard curriculum construction and inadequate study on the procedures of the course, on the basis of which the author advocates realizing the objectives by enriching the research of the curricular system and the methodology of the course, and promoting a scientific study to the teachings of the course and improving its maneuverability in practice.
