摘要
医患沟通能力的培养对临床医学生今后从事医疗工作至关重要,医患关系的和谐与否直接关系到诊疗效果,分析了临床医学生在医患交流过程中存在的主要问题,通过加强实践教学,有针对性地设计实践教学内容、方法,制定出科学的考核评分标准,有效地提高了临床医学生的医患沟通能力,取得了较好效果。
Doctor-patient communication skill training is very important for medical students in clinical medical work, and the concordant communication between doctors and patients affects medical treatment quality. By analyzing students’main problems in doctor-patient communication in recent years, strengthening the practice teaching, contriving targeted content and methods, working out a scientific evaluation criterion, we effectively improved communicating ability of medical students in doctor-patient and achieved better results.
