摘要国际标准化组织技术委员会下属的TC 46/SC8"质量——统计和绩效评价"分技术委员会,负责起草和制定与图书馆统计与绩效评价相关的国际标准。该文简要介绍国际标准制定的基本步骤、目前已经发布的与图书馆统计和绩效评价相关的5个国际标准的现状,并着重阐述国际标准ISO 2789"国际图书馆统计"和ISO 11620"图书馆绩效指标"这两个核心标准的形成与修订、分化、整合的衍变情况,以及标准本身的局限性。 The subcommittee of ISO Technical Committee - TC46/SC8 ＂Quality -- Statistics and performance evaluation＂, is responsible for the drafting and developing the series of international standards on the library statistics and performance evaluation. The author briefly introduces the basic steps for developing international standard and the 5 relative standards currently published by ISO, and especially narrates the formation and evolvement of the two core standards--ISO 2789 International library statistics and ISO 11620 Library performance indicators, with their detailed information of revision, separation and integration, as well as limitations.
