北京地区高校文检课师资队伍现状调查分析

Survey and Analysis on Current Status of the Lecturers Teaching Literature Retrieval Course in Beijing Universities

对北京地区33所高校文检课师资队伍的基本结构(职称结构、学历结构、学缘结构、年龄结构、教龄结构、性别结构、学科结构),教学状况(教学专业技能、教学法运用、英语及计算机水平、工作态度)以及教学管理(培训、课程管理)等方面展开问卷调查,并进行相应分析。结果表明,北京地区高校文检课师资队伍有着较高的学历水平、较好的学缘结构等优势;存在的不足之处包括:教师整体学科知识结构有待完善、教学技能需进一步提高,缺乏相应的培训、考核及激励机制等。

A questionnaire was conducted on the Literature Retrieval Course lecturers at 33 colleges and universities in Beijing. The survey includes the integral structure of lecturers, their working situation, teaching management etc. The feedback result shows that lots of lecturers own a higher education degree, and the learning-origin structure is comparatively good. However, there still exits some dissatisfactory aspects. The disciplinary structure of lecturers was still to be improved, and the teaching skills to be enhanced. Also, the situation that lecturers lack training opportunists and assessment is a widespread and serious problem.
