在理论分析的基础上结合熟练驾驶员的驾驶经验，针对电控机械式自动变速器（ＡＭＴ）换档过程中存在的问题，通过实验分析的方法来改进换档控制策略，从而提高ＡＭＴ换档控制品质。

Based on the theory analysis, this paper sums up skilled driver's experiences, analyzes the problems existed in shift process through testing, and makes the shift control strategy better, improves the shift quality.
