摘要
高性能的计算机硬件和软件资源使汽车碰撞的计算机数值模拟成为可能。在汽车的被动安全性设计中,利用计算机模拟技术进行汽车结构的吸能和失效模式的研究可以缩短开发周期,降低开发费用,提高汽车市场的竞争能力。对国产某轿车系列车型建立了比较完备的汽车结构碰撞分析的有限元模型,介绍了轿车车身碰撞仿真研究的基本方法和研究过程,给出了具体的汽车碰撞模拟结果。
High quality computer hardwares and softwares make it possible that motor crash analysis can be done by means of computer simulation techniques. During passive safety design period, simulation of energy absorption performance and collapse mode of motor vehicle structures can largely reduce developing cost and time. In this paper, full finite element models for numerical simulation of a style of local motor vehicle are presented. Detailed procedures and simulation results are also available in this paper.
