Discussion on Design of Coating Process of Coal Mine Mechanical Hydraulic Stent

随着市场对产品外观质量要求的提高和规模化生产的需要,原有的液压支架涂装方式已不适应现代煤矿机械工业的生产,通过对液压支架产品特性的分析和方案比较,提出了液压支架涂装工艺设计和平面布置,并介绍了主要的涂装设备。

With the improvement of market demands for product appearance quality as well as the weed of large-scale production,the original hydraulic coating methods could not satisfied with production of modern coal mining ma-chinery industry.The design of coating process and layout of hydraulic were proposed by analyzing of hydraulic stent product features and programs,and the main coating equipments were introduced.
