Optimal Designing of Spraying System in Coating Production Line

涂装喷淋系统对前处理的喷淋效果起着重要的作用,喷淋泵的流量与扬程决定着喷嘴的压力和流量及喷淋效果。通过对喷淋管路系统进行实例计算,合理选择喷嘴及其喷淋压力,准确计算喷淋泵的流量及扬程,对管路进行优化,降低局部阻力及扬程阻力,节约成本。

Spraying system plays a vital role to spraying effect in pre-treatment,the pressure and flow rate of noz-zle and the effect of spray were determined by flow rate and delivery lift of spraying pump.A suitable spraying pres-sure of nozzle was selected,and gets the optimal flow rate and delivery lift of spraying pump by instance calculation of an example of spray piping system.From this calculating result,we can get an optimal spraying system,with low resis-tance of local as well as delivery lift and low cost.
