无锡地区2008—2009年流感监测情况分析

Analysis on Influenza Surveillance in Wuxi Area during 2008-2009

目的及时了解无锡地区流感流行情况,分析预测流感流行的趋势和特点,为流感预防提供科学依据。方法采集门诊流感样病人的鼻咽拭子和漱口液,接种于MDCK细胞进行病毒分离和型别(亚型)鉴定。结果 2008年1月—2009年4月无锡市CDC从827例流感样病例标本中分离到95株流感病毒,分离阳性率为11.49%,其中季节性流感A/H1N1型流感病毒31株(占32.63%)、A/H3N2型流感病毒43株(占45.26%)、B-victoria系流感病毒6株(占6.32%)、B-yam agata系15株(占15.79%)。结论 2008—2009年度无锡地区流感的流行情况较为平静,A/H1N1型、A/H3N2型、B-victoria系和B-yam agata系均出现,夏季的优势株可能成为冬春季的流行株。

[Objective] To understand the epidemic situation of influenza in Wuxi area,analyze the epidemic trends and characters,and provide the scientific basis for influenza prevention.[Methods]Nasopharynx swab and gargling specimens collected from influenza-like patients in clinic were inoculated with MDCK cells,and virus isolation and subtype identification were conducted.[Results]From January 2008 to April 2009,95 strains of influenza virus were isolated from 827 specimens of influenza-like patients,and the positive rate was 11.49%.Among them,31（32.63%） strains were identified as A/H1N1,43（45.26%） strains were A/H3N2,6（6.32%） strains were B victoria,and 15（15.79%） strains were B yamagata.[Conclusion]From 2008 to 2009,the epidemic situation of influenza in Wuxi area was calm relatively.A/H1N1,A/H3N2,B-victoria and B-yamagata were found,and the predominant strains in summer would become the epidemic strains in winter and spring.
