摘要
目的识别和分析甲胺和二甲基甲酰胺(dimethylformamide,DMF)建设项目生产过程中可能产生的职业病危害因素及其主要环节,预测可能造成的职业病危害程度,确定建设项目的职业病危害类别。方法依据本建设项目的特点,采用类比法、检查表法等进行综合分析、定性和定量评价。结果通过对拟评价项目相似工程的职业卫生调查、相关技术资料的分析,该项目存在的职业病危害因素为氨、甲醇、一甲胺、二甲胺、三甲胺、一氧化碳、DMF和噪声,类比企业各工种工作日内氨、甲醇、一甲胺、二甲胺、三甲胺、一氧化碳、DMF和噪声均符合国家卫生标准要求。结论该项目必须将基础设计中拟采取的各项职业病危害防护措施和预评价报告提出的各项建议落实到设计和施工中,在生产过程中可能产生的职业病危害因素是可以预防的,从职业卫生角度分析本项目是可行的。
[Objective] To identify and analyze the potential occupational hazard factors and its main links during the production process of methylamine and dimethylformamide(DMF) construction project,predict the degree of the occupational hazards,and confirm the category of the occupational hazards in the construction project.[Methods]According to the characteristics of the construction project,comprehensive analysis,qualitative and quantitative evaluation were performed by analogy and checklist method.[Results]With the occupational health investigation and the analysis of relevant technical information in similar project,the occupational hazard factors in this project were ammonia,methanol,monomethylamine,dimethylamine,trimethylamine,carbon monoxide,DMF and noise.In analogical enterprise,the exposure level of occupational hazard factors among all workers in working day accorded with the national health standards.[Conclusion]The prevention and protection measures of occupational disease presented in basic design and all suggestions mentioned in the pre-evaluation report must be carried out.The potential occupational hazards in production process can be prevented.From the perspective of occupational health,this project is feasible.
