摘要
利用LS-DYNA3D软件包对CA488发动机油底壳的一次拉延成形过程进行了有限元模拟。得出了利用08Al材料一次拉延成形油底壳时出现的主要质量问题的产生机理和影响因素。利用EUCLID软件及数值模拟的方法对冲压工艺和模具结构进行了调整,获得了具体的改进方案,为优化冲压工艺和模具设计以及缩短模具调整周期提供了理论依据。
This paper finished the simulation of the once drawing process of CA488 engine oil pan and found the main quality problems appearing in the oil pan,the reason and the influence factors .With the EUCLID software and numerical simulation,a concrete improving plan by adjusting punching technology and die structure is put out, which provides theoretical basis for optimizing the punching technology ,the die design and shortening the period of adjusting die .
