摘要
建立了反相液相色谱法测定板栗中戊唑醇残留量的分析方法。以甲醇作为提取液,经分散离心后,上清液过0.22μm滤膜,HPLC分析,采用外标法定量。结果表明:戊唑醇浓度在0.1~10.0 mg/L范围内与色谱峰面积呈线性关系,相关系数r=0.9979。板栗中戊唑醇加标回收率在79.8%~93.9%之间,测定结果的相对标准偏差为2.3%~8.9%(n=5),检出限为0.079 mg/kg。该方法满足板栗进出口检测要求。
The method for determination of tebuconazole pesticide residues in castanea molissima products by HPLCwas established. The sample was extracted by methanol, then scattered and centrifugalized. The filtrate through a 0.22μm membrane was analyzed by HPLC. The external standard method was employed for quantitative analysis. The results indicated that the linearity was within the range of 0.1 - 10.0 mg/L with correlation coefficient 0. 9979. The recovery of tebuconazole in castanet molissima was within 79.8% -93.9% with the relative standard deviation (RSD) from 2.3% to 8.9%, and the limit of detection (LOD) was 0. 079 mg/kg. The method can meet the detection requirement of import and export.
