摘要
介绍了目前国内外对黄曲霉毒素的一些检测方法,包括薄层色谱法、高效液相色谱法、溴化荧光分光光度法、免疫分析法、微柱法,并对这些方法的优缺点进行了比较。对黄曲霉毒素的测定提出了一种较快速、简单的方法。
Many methods were introduced for detection of aflatoxins including thin layer chromatography, high performance liquid, bromide fluorescence spectrophotometry, immunoassay, micro - column method. The advantages and disadvantages of these methods were compared. A quick simple method was suggested.
