摘要 目的 探索在编和临聘人员对医院主要临床工作量贡献比和贡献量的估算方法. 方法 依据卫生部规定的医师配置标准,推定各级医务人员在医疗工作中的贡献度,加权计算在编和临聘人员总贡献比,以及对主要临床工作量的贡献量. 结果 以10家医院门急诊人次和出院人数为医院主要临床工作量,依据各医院人员配置结构的数据计算出各医院在编和临聘人员对主要临床工作量的贡献比和贡献量. 结论 在编和临聘人员对医院主要临床工作量贡献比和贡献量的估算方法简易可行,精确的计算方法尚需进一步研究. Objective To explore the estimation methods of the contribution ratio and the contribution amount of the enrolled staff and the temporary engaging staff for the main clinical workload. Methods According to the standard of the doctor setting promulgated by the ministry of health, we deduced all levels of medical personnel contribution degree in working of medical treatment, calculated the total contribution ratio and the major contribution amount of the clinical workload in the enrolled staff and the temporary engaging staff. Results Taking the emergency department visits and hospital discharges from ten hospitals as the main clinical workload, according to the data of the staff structure in each hospital, we calculated the total contribution ratio and the major contribution amount of the clinical workload in the enrolled staff and the temporary engaging staff. Conclusion The estimation method for the total contribution ratio and the major contribution amount is simple and feasible. We still need to study the accurate calculation method further.
