Grey relational analysis of influencing factors of average hospitalization days

目的 分析影响平均住院日的因素,探讨缩短平均住院日的对策. 方法应用灰色关联分析法对某院2003-2008年平均住院日及其影响因素进行分析. 结果治愈好转率是影响平均住院日的最主要因素,其次是床位数、抢救成功率、病床使用率、入出诊断符合率、三日确诊率、周转次数、病死率. 结论 加强内部管理,优化诊疗流程,强化医疗质量管理,快速发展学科,加强业务学习,提高医疗服务效率,才能真正缩短平均住院日.

Objective Analysis of the factors that affect the average hospitalization days to explore countermeasures reduce the average hospitalization days. Methods The average hospitalization days and its influencing factors of one hospital between 2003 and 2008 are analyzed by using grey relational analysis. Results Recovery rate is the most important influencing factor of the average hospitalization days, followed in sequence by bed number, successful rescue rate, bed utilization ratio, accuracy rate of diagnosis, 3 days correct diagnosis rate, ward turnover frequency, mortality. Conclusion Strengthen internal management, optimize treatment processes, to strengthen medical quality management, develop subjects quickly, enhance business study and improve the efficiency of medical services in order to shorten the average hospitalization days.
