摘要
利用生物酶和超声波联用技术对五倍子染料进行染液提取,探讨了生物酶和超声波对五倍子天然染料提取率的影响。通过一系列实验对不同提取法的染液提取率进行了比较分析,并进一步探讨了提取时间、提取温度、pH值、纤维素酶用量对最终提取效果的影响。实验结果表明,与传统提取工艺相比,生物酶/超声波联用法能够提高五倍子天然染料的提取率,具有高效、节能、减排的特点。最佳提取工艺条件为:温度70℃,时间60 min,pH值6,纤维素酶用量为0.06 g(五倍子4 g)。
The dyestuff was extracted from gallnut by using biological enzyme and ultrasonic together and the effect of biological enzyme and ultrasonic technology on natural plant dyes extract yield was discussed.Natural plant dyes extraction yield with different extraction methods was carried on comparative analysis through a series of experiments,and it was further discussed that extraction temperature,extraction time,pH value and the amount of cellulose enzyme had influence on the extraction.It was showed that,compared with the traditional extraction methods,natural plant dyes extraction yield could be improved by using biological enzyme and ultrasonic together,with high efficiency,energy saving and emission reduction characteristics.The optimized condition was extraction temperature 70 ℃,extraction time 60 min,pH value 6,cellulose enzyme 0.06 g.
