摘要
在厌氧池和生化池中设置侧流式S型跑道,在厌氧池中增设厌氧搅拌器,通过厌氧搅拌器的运行使水体与污泥激烈碰撞,达到快速分离有机质的目的。在调节池和生化池中设高浓度生化曝气器,使生化池较好的氧化分解厌氧反应后的有机物质。砂滤池采用下进上出的工艺,向下排除悬浮污泥。羊毛染色废水采用高浓度生化曝气器处理,和传统的曝气方法相比,该技术节能45%,使羊毛染整高浓度废水CODCr≤50 mg/L、色度≤20倍、悬浮固体SS≤20 mg/L和pH值6~8,达到了中水回用的要求,节约用水达到70%,经改造后的工艺及设备可节省单位成本约1.79元/t水,节能减排效果显著。
S-type track of side stream is set up in the anaerobic pond and biochemical pool,in addition,anaerobic stirrer is added in the anaerobic pond,in which the operation of anaerobic stirrer makes water and sludge collide drastically so that reaching the purpose of separating organic matters rapidly.High concentrations biochemical aerator is applied in the regulating pond and biochemical pool,and this could oxide and decompose organic matters which produced after anaerobic reaction better.Sand filter applies up-in and down-out to get rid of suspended sludge(SS).The waste water of wool dyeing adopts the method of high concentrations biochemical aerator,compared with the traditional aeration method,high concentrations biochemical aerator can save 45% of energy and make waste water of high concentration CODCr≤50 mg/L,color ≤ 20,SS ≤20 mg /L and pH value 6~8,which achieves the requirement of water reuse and saves about 70% of water.Technology and equipments are reformed,after that,this can save about 1.79 yuan /t of water.Obviously,improved technology and equipments can express the affection of energy-saving emission reduction.
