摘要
测试分析了藏獒绒纤维的理化性能,从纤维的长度、细度、卷曲度以及强伸度等方面分析其可纺性,并通过棉纺设备半精纺工艺进行藏獒绒纺纱实验,进一步探索藏獒绒的纺纱性能。藏獒绒与羊毛有着许多相似特性,可作为纺织新原料开发新产品,又因纤维本身具有自然颜色和光泽,其产品可以不经过化学染色等后处理工艺,有降低能耗减少化学污染的作用,对构建绿色产业有现实意义,同时藏獒绒纤维的开发利用也为藏獒养殖找到新的价值增长点。
This test analyzes the Tibetan mastiff cashmere physical and chemical properties of cashmere fiber,such as fiber length,fineness,crimp degree and strength.Through the technology of cotton spinning equipment,semi-worsted cashmere yarn of Tibetan mastiff was spun.Tibetan mastiff cashmere and wool have many similar characteristics,can be used as new textile raw materials to develop new products.Because of with natural color and luster,its products can stain so without post-processing techniques,which has reduced energy consumption to reduce the role of chemical pollution,has construction of the green industry on the practical significance.The development of Tibetan mastiff cashmere fibers created new values for the mastiff farming.
