摘要
对我国东北地区采集的狐狸绒纤维进行了基本性能测试,分析探讨了此种天然特种动物纤维的纺纱及产品开发的可行性。采用棉纺设备,应用半精纺加工工艺进行了狐狸绒低特纱的试纺。试验过程中,解决了因狐狸绒纤维抱合力小,纺纱静电大等带来的技术问题,结合合理的纺纱工艺参数,纺制出色泽自然、性能优良的纯纺纱线。试验结果表明,狐狸绒纤维具有较优越的可纺性能,体现了特种动物纤维特有的优质性能,其产品可凭其优良的品质进入纺织行业的高端市场。
The basic properties of fox fibers collecting from Northeast China region were tested and the feasibility of spinning and fabric development with this natural animal fiber were analyzed.By semi-worsted technology,the fox yarns with low fineness were spun at the cotton spinning equipment.In the spinning process,some technology problems caused by low cohesion and high static electric charge of fox fibers were solved and excellent pure yarn of natural color was spun based on rational spinning process parameters.The result showed that the fox fibers were superior in spinnability and reflected the excellent properties of natural animal fiber,indicating that fox fibers can enter the high-end textile market depending on its excellent quality.
