高位缝扎加外痔切除术治疗环状混合痔的临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Therapeutic Efficacy of the Procedure of High Suture and Ligation plus Resection of External Hemorrhoids in the Treatment of Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids

为评价高位缝扎加外痔切除术治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效，将40例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各20例，治疗组采用高位缝扎加外痔切除术治疗，对照组采用外剥内扎术治疗。观察两组术后1d、术后3d、术后1周、术后2周、术后6个月症状评分、住院时间、恢复工作时间及术后并发症等指标。结果显示，治疗组平均住院时间、平均恢复工作时间短于对照组（P〈0．05）。两组在症状评分、术后并发症方面无明显差异（P〉0．05）。结果表明，高位缝扎加痔切除术治疗环状混合痔临床疗效可靠，能缩短住院时间，降低医疗费用。

The objective of the study was to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of the procedure of high suture and ligation plus resection of external hemorrhoids（HSL plus REH） in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids（CMH）. Forty patients with CMH were evenly randomised into two groups, patients in the study group underwent HSL plus REH, while patients in the control group underwent the procedure of external dissection and internal ligation. The postoperative sign scores on the 1st day, 3rd day, 7th day, 14th day and the 6th month were recorded and the hospital stay,recovery time and postoperative complications observed and compared. As results, the mean hospital stay and recovery time were shorter in the study group than that in the control group（ P 〈0.05） ,while the sign score and postoperative complication were not notably different between the two groups（ P 〉0.05）. It is concluded that the procedure of HSL plus REH can ensure better therapeutic efficacy,shorter hospital stay and lower medical cost.
