市场导向等影响因素与联盟绩效的关系研究

摘要 文章在前人研究的基础上,指出市场导向是联盟绩效的重要影响因素,并首次推出揭示伙伴的市场导向、资源互补、关系资本、联盟市场导向等因素与联盟绩效间关系的概念模型,提出了各影响因素相互间及与联盟绩效间关系的一系列假设,以期丰富相关理论并为实践中提升联盟绩效提供新的启示。
