主管承诺、团队氛围与团队绩效的关系研究 被引量:3

摘要 以广东省某国有商业银行为例,收集了180个团队的数据,运用多元回归分析探讨了银行团队中员工主管承诺与团队氛围、团队绩效的关系。结果表明,主管承诺对团队氛围、团队绩效均有显著的正向影响,而且团队氛围在主管承诺影响团队绩效过程中起部分中介作用。
