骨癌痛发生过程中脊髓水平诱导型一氧化氮合酶的表达变化 被引量:2

摘要 一氧化氮(NO)是一种在外周和中枢的突触传递中具有重要作用的细胞内和细胞间信使分子.NO在伤害性信息从外周向中枢的传递中,尤其在脊髓背角神经元发挥着重要作用.脊髓水平的NO在炎性和神经损伤引起的痛敏的发生和维持中起重要作用,与脊髓可塑性和突触传递的增强有关.外周NO参与癌痛的痛觉传递已有报道,但脊髓水平NO在癌痛发生和维持过程中的作用如何尚不明确。
