摘要
为寻求更有效的航道整治工程沙枕防老化措施,分析了现有航道整治工程中沙枕防老化措施的类型及存在的局限性,提出了复合沙肋排、无纺布+钢丝网、无纺布+钢塑土工格栅和涂敷CW-S材料4种新型沙枕防老化方案。在防老化效果现场试验、室内检测及工程造价计算的基础上,从防老化效果、适应变形性、结构稳定性、施工难易度、后期维护工作量、工程造价等方面对这4种防老化方案进行了比较,认为无纺布+钢塑土工格栅和涂敷CW-S材料这2种防老化措施较优,具有推广价值。
In order to find a more effective anti-aging measure of sand-filled pillows in waterway regulation projects,types and limitations of the existing method were analyzed in this paper,then four new methods including compound row with sand-filled pillows,non-woven fabrics and steel wire gauze,non-woven fabrics and steel-plastic grating,as well as CW-S coating were put forward.On the basis of field experiment,indoor detection and project cost calculation,comparisons between the methods were made considering the effect,adaptability, structural stability,construction difficulty,quantity of maintenance and project cost etc.Thus non-woven fabrics and steel-plastic grating as well as CW-S coating were recommended for waterway regulation project.
