摘要 乳腺癌普查和早期诊断是降低乳腺癌死亡率的关键环节。本文从10个方面分别介绍乳腺X线摄影,超声、MRI、核医学和计算机辅助诊断(CAD)以及新兴技术如电阻抗、电子触诊、热图、光学成像及联合成像等技术的应用和发展。本期内容是全文中第5~8大题,主要介绍乳腺CAD技术、乳腺电阻抗成像、电子触诊、红外光及激光成像等乳腺癌早期诊断系统的技术进展。 Breast cancer screening and early diagnosis is the key to reducing mortality rate of breast cancer.This paper introduces the application and development of mammography,ultrasound,MRI, nuclear medicine and computer-aided diagnosis (CAD),and new technology of electrical impedance, electrical palpation,etc.The current issue,namely, paragraph 5~8 of the paper, mainly introduces the technology development of breast CAD,electrical impedance, electrical palpation and laser.
