建筑设计价值缺失与第三方机制被引量：1

摘要为解决信息不对称导致的设计方与业主间委托-代理问题的激励不足而引发的设计价值缺失问题，提出了采用“第三方机制”应对的观点。以问题现状为出发点，从现象和理论层面，结合制度经济学、心理学和工程价值管理等理论对其进行分析，提出了两个解决方案，并通过案例分析得到印证。
