复发性隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤诊治体会(附36例报告)

Treatment of Recurrent Dermatofibrosarcoma Protuberans(A report of 36 cases)

目的 探讨复发性隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤的临床特点、治疗及预后情况。方法 对我院 1989年 1月～ 1996年 12月共收治的复发性隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤 3 6例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。 3 4例进行距肿物边缘至少 3 cm的扩大切除术 ,其中加翻转皮瓣者 16例 ,2例行局部切除术加术后补充放疗。结果 全组除一例局部复发并双肺广泛转移外 ,均未见复发。结论 隆突性皮肤纤维肉瘤是发生于皮肤真皮的低度恶性软组织肿瘤 ,治疗不当极易复发 。

Purpose:To study the clinic features,treatment,and prognosis of DFSP(Dermatofibrosarcoma protubrans). Methods:Analysis of 36 cases of recurrent DFSP which were treated from Jan.1989 to Dec.1996 in Fujian Tumor Hospital.Thirty four patients were done extended resection and sixteen cases repaired with transfer flaps.Two cases were given local resection plus adjuvant radiotherapy.Results:Local recurrence and both lungs metastasis,appeared only in one patient Conclusions:There is a high local recurrent rate when DFSP is not treated properly,but the prognosis of radical resection is quite good.
