目前胰腺癌临床研究应注意的几个问题
摘要
资料显示，目前胰腺癌发病率仍呈逐年上升趋势，2009年美国新增胰腺癌患者42470例，与此同时有35240例胰腺癌患者死亡，在因肿瘤致死疾患中胰腺癌列第4位。尽管胰腺癌手术切除率较前有所提高、围手术期病死率及合并症发生率有显著下降，但治疗效果仍无显著改善，总体5年生存率仍低于5％。
